This drawing is from an ongoing series of drawings of power lines, antennas, and buildings from around the inner suburbs of Melbourne.
When I draw on site, I often take a number of photographs in case I don't finish the sketch while I am on the street. I accidentally drew from a few different photos once, and got a less-than-seamless result. So now I am drawing the seams between broken wires, where the current can't pass but the passerby can.
You will be buying an unframed A4 fine art print (unframed).
The original drawing was done with ink, pen and brush on paper.
The print you will soon excitingly own is from a limited edition series of 20, each hand numbered and signed.
The prints are gallery quality giclée prints on uncoated, acid and lignin free archival paper. My printing company uses Epson UltraChrome™ K3 archival inks - the standard by which all other professional level ink technologies are measured. All gallery prints are produced using the Epson Stylus Pro 9880 44-inch wide printer and hand trimmed to size.
